ARTC Bookkeeping Services provides professional bookkeeping and payroll-related support services to approved clients. We do not provide tax preparation, tax filing, legal advice, or financial advisory services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

All services are delivered digitally and are provided on a fixed-scope, flat-rate basis as defined in the applicable service agreement.


3. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for us to perform bookkeeping services. ARTC is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to your business operations, including payroll, tax filings, and record retention.


4. Communication Consent

By submitting a form on our website or applying for services, you consent to receive communications from ARTC Bookkeeping Services via email, phone call, and text message at the contact information you provide.

These communications may include application follow-ups, service-related messages, and administrative notices. Message and data rates may apply.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


5. Fees and Payment

No Refunds
Once services have begun, all fees are non-refundable, including bookkeeping, payroll coordination, and catch-up or cleanup work.

ARTC takes reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of client information. Client data is shared only as necessary to perform contracted services or as required by law.

We utilize third-party platforms such as accounting software and secure document-sharing tools. We are not responsible for breaches or failures originating from third-party systems beyond our control.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARTC Bookkeeping Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if a client breaches these Terms, fails to provide required information, fails to make timely payments, or engages in conduct that interferes with service delivery.

Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations already incurred.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
